  • You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Standard Fees

  • Orders Over $10.00 USD: FREE Shipping (No delivery fees applied at checkout).

  • Orders Under $10.00 USD: A flat rate standard shipping fee of $5.99 USD will be applied at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates depend on your shipping destination:

  • Standard Domestic (Australia): 3 – 7 business days.

  • International Shipping: 7 – 15 business days (depending on destination custom procedures).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may experience slight delays during peak holiday seasons, severe weather conditions, or unexpected postal delays.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

DAO, HANH THI NGOC is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot alter the delivery address. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect address information provided by the customer will be the customer's responsibility.
